CHECKING IN FOR YOUR STAY ON THE BEACH

Check- in is 3pm, a few days before you arrive we will contact you to double check your arrival time. The office is open until 5pm so if you have any problems on the day of your check in or if you are running late please let us know on 01637 872489.

Arriving between 3pm and 5.30pm (peak season):

 If you are arriving between these times then a member of staff will be here to show you into the apartments. Once you arrive at the office you will be taken straight up to your apartment. The office is situated under the second apartment block.
 To get down to the apartments you drive inbetween the blue railings opposite the 'Hotel Bristol' at the top road on the pedestrian/traffic lights crossing, then follow the road down. Please do note that the road gets narrower as you come further down however we do fit transit vans down here.

 Arriving after 5.30pm (peak season):

 If you are thinking of booking with us but are going to be arriving after office hours that won’t be a problem, when you get in touch with us we will explain the alternative arrangements for picking up your key.

arriving during non peak season:

The office is open until 4-4.30pm during non peak season. 

Surf Lockers

We have 5 surf lockers which are situated behind the second block of apartments. There are obviously not enough for every apartment so they are a first come first serve basis.
