The Colonial offers 5 luxurious suites with large balconies overlooking the sea, along with 4 spacious super king sea-view rooms. There are 10 4* self-catering apartments which can sleep between 4—8 people, all with balcony areas overlooking the beach.

The Colonial Suites are located on the first floor, each boasting large balconies you can relax in the big comfy chairs with chunky throws watching the waves come in meter’s away. The sea-view rooms are all located on the second floor and offer impressive views of the beach. Each of the spacious suites and rooms have been individually furnished with comfort, luxury and unbeatable views at the heart of their design.
The Beach Houses are located on the beach, with a large decking area alongside bedroom and living area. You can immerse yourself with the sounds of the sea from the moment you wake until you go to sleep. The Beach Cabins offer a unique king sized en-suite space on the beach, with an outside area to sit you can enjoy every beach day.
The newly built Colonial Restaurant has been designed to perfectly fit the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of Tolcarne Beach. With superb views throughout the restaurant you can enjoy the morning sun, bathe in the afternoon warmth or simple admire the sunset over the sea. If you want to cosy up next to the fire take your pick from the cosy blankets provided. The menu focuses on delivering fresh products with a Caribbean twist. You can watch the fishing boats arrive in Newquay harbour with your evening’s dinner!
